Sol Properties transformed the historic Renfrew Post Office into a mixed-use property with seven modern residential units while preserving its heritage charm.

The project retained Canada Post as a main-floor tenant and highlighted the building’s original character by keeping the tall ceilings and exposing much of the original brick. Sol Properties managed every aspect — from concept and architectural planning to permits, construction, and final occupancy.
