Sol Properties designed and built a striking modern single-family home nestled in the woods of Mayo, Quebec. The home was constructed entirely by hand, showcasing craftsmanship and attention to detail in every element.

All of the windows, doors, and the custom spiral staircase were designed and built in China and imported specifically for this project. This approach not only reduced costs but also added a refined, luxurious feel that complements the home’s modern aesthetic.

Blending natural materials with clean architectural lines, the design emphasizes simplicity, light, and a strong connection to the surrounding forest. Expansive windows bring the outdoors in, while the open-concept layout creates a warm and inviting living space.
